- Operating System (i.e. Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Mac 0S 9, Mac OS X, Linux, etc.)
- Are you running other applications concurrently.?
- Have you experienced similar problems on other websites?
- Have you experienced any problems while not on the AMS website.?
