Stainless Steel Inertial Lift Sampler w/ Removable Speedfit Fitting

The inertial lift sampler (check valve or foot valve) uses 1/4" OD tubing. The Speedfit fitting can be removed from the sampler making it compatible with 3/8" OD tubing. This sampler is a simple, inexpensive way to sample a monitoring well from as deep as 75 ft.

Sampling is done in four simple steps!

1. Inertial lift sampler (check valve or foot valve) is attached to the bottom end of appropriate tubing.
2. Sampler/tubing combined is inserted beneath the water table to the desired pumping depth.
3. The tubing is then oscillated (pulled up and then pushed down) over a short vertical range of motion.
4. Water builds up in the oscillating tubing until is discharges at the surface.

Recommended tubing with Speedfit fitting: (3/16" ID X 1/4" OD).

Recommended tubing without Speedfit fitting: (1/4" ID X 3/8" OD).
