Thank You for shopping at AMS, Inc.
Any website purchase from AMS, Inc. is bound by this Return & Refund Policy. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with Your purchase, AMS Inc. invites You to review this policy.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
The deadline for returning unused Goods is thirty days after the order was received by the end user. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform AMS, Inc. of Your decision by means of a clear statement. Returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are originated by an AMS, Inc. representative. You can inform us of your decision by emailing email@example.com or by calling (800) 635-7330.
AMS, Inc. will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which AMS, Inc. receives the returned Goods. AMS, Inc. will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order.
Conditions for Returns
In order for unused Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that the Goods were purchased in the last thirty days and Goods are in the original packaging.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
• The supply of custom manufactured Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized
• The supply of contaminated Goods that do not come with a written statement certifying free of contamination
• The supply of used Goods
• The supply of liners
AMS, Inc, reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Goods on sale cannot be refunded. Unused Goods returned to AMS, Inc. for a credit will be subject to a minimum 15% re-stocking fee. Goods shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx are invoiced with an additional charge, unless otherwise specified. For international orders, the Buyer is responsible for all customs and import/export duties and fees. Regular priced Goods are refunded less the minimum 15% re-stocking fee, shipping charges, and customs import/export duties and fees.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to AMS, Inc. Goods need to be sent to the following address:

AMS, Inc. is not liable for Goods returned to AMS, Inc. without an RMA number. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, AMS, Inc. recommends an insured and trackable mail service. AMS, Inc. is unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
