3' Hollow Stem Flighted Auger Extension

Augers are capable of creating a cased borehole up to 6' deep with an inner and outer diameter of 1-1/8" and 3", respectively. Soil, gas vapor, and groundwater samples may be collected through the cased borehole. A 7/8" X 21" soil probe with a 7/8" outer diameter allows for the collection of a soil sample through the augers. There is also a special 1" X 24" Hollow Stem soil recovery probe that accepts a plastic liner for easy sample recovery.
